The product being sold on the website is a Stage 3 Carbon Fiber Front Splitter Spoiler Lip with Wickerbill Side Winglets specifically designed for the Chevrolet Corvette C7. The product is made using carbon fiber, which is a composite material known for its high strength-to-weight ratio, making it a popular choice in various industries, including automotive. Carbon fiber is made up of thin, tightly woven fibers of carbon, which are then combined with a resin to form a strong, lightweight material. The resulting carbon fiber composite is extremely rigid, yet also flexible, which makes it ideal for use in car components such as spoilers, splitter lips, and winglets.
The Wickerbill Side Winglets are also made using carbon fiber, which provides the same benefits as mentioned earlier – high strength-to-weight ratio, improved performance, increased durability, and reduced weight. The Wickerbill Side Winglets attach to the sides of the front splitter spoiler lip and extend upward to provide additional downforce and stability at high speeds. They are designed to work in conjunction with the front splitter spoiler lip to increase the overall aerodynamic efficiency of the vehicle. This results in improved handling and stability, especially during high-speed cornering and braking.
